Conservative wonk Jason Richwine was forced to resign from the Heritage Foundation on Friday after the media storm over his controversial Harvard thesis that claimed Hispanics have a low IQ. Richwine, who joined the conservative Washington, DC think tank in 2010, presented the theory in a 2009 paper for his doctoral degree at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
